I am committed to helping students reach their fullest potential by advocating for meaningful goals and tailored accommodations that truly support their growth and success.

Hi, I’m Ali Grossman, and I’m passionate about helping families navigate the IEP process with confidence and clarity.

I bring a unique perspective to the table, having been an elementary school teacher for 5 years and a school counselor for 1 year. As well as completing a course about IEP coaching. In these roles, I worked closely with students, families, and educators, gaining valuable insight into how IEPs are developed and implemented.

But my most important role is being a mom to three amazing boys, two of whom are autistic and have IEPs. I’ve experienced the IEP process from every angle—as an educator, a counselor, and a parent—and I know how overwhelming it can feel.

My mission is to help you understand the IEP process, ensure your child’s voice is central to their plan, and advocate for the goals and accommodations that will allow them to reach their fullest potential. Together, we can make the journey less stressful and more empowering for you and your child.
