With my IEP coaching and family support, I am committed to helping students reach their fullest potential by advocating for meaningful goals and tailored accommodations that truly foster their growth and success. Through my coaching services and educator insights, I strive to provide valuable IEP membership resources that enhance student advocacy in the special education landscape.

Hi, I’m Ali Grossman, and I’m passionate about providing autism support to families navigating the IEP process with confidence and clarity.  

With 5 years of experience as an elementary school teacher and 1 year as a school counselor, I offer valuable educator insights that enhance my IEP coaching services. I’ve also completed a specialized course in IEP coaching, which equips me to work closely with students, families, and educators, giving me a comprehensive understanding of how IEPs are developed and implemented.  

As a mom to three amazing boys, two of whom are autistic and have IEPs, I’ve experienced the IEP process from every angle—as an educator, a counselor, and a parent. I know how overwhelming it can feel, especially when seeking the right IEP services for your child.  

My mission is to empower you to understand the IEP process, ensure your child’s voice is central to their IEP membership, and advocate for the goals and accommodations that will help them reach their fullest potential.
